Max Markt BV cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and treat the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 14/08/2023, with the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. WooCommerce

Our web store is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have chosen One.com for our web hosting. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. One.com has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, One.com is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.

 

 

Web hosting

One.com

 We purchase web hosting and email services from One.com. One.com processes personal information on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. One.com has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. One.com is bound to secrecy under the agreement.

Email and mailing lists

MailChimp

We send our email newsletters using MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the "unsubscribe" link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of its services and to share information with third parties for this purpose. All rules of GDPR are respected.

One.com

We use the services of One.com for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. One.com does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processor

Mollie

For handling (part of) the payments in our online store we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, as part of this, share (anonymized) data with third parties.

All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the aspects of Mollie's services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted by the statutory period.

Purpose of data processing

We use your data primarily for the purpose of providing our services. This means that, in most cases, the purpose of the processing is directly relatedto the order you provide. However, with your explicit consent, we also use your data for customized marketing.
